It um, didn’t just happen again…it’s kind of uh, a thing, now?
Oh, really? [stays silent for a moment] So are you guys dating now or is it just a casual thing?
raemccray:
Well that’s great! I’m glad you guys worked things out. [Her smile falls slightly at her next question and Rae laughs awkwardly] Well, um. Not too much. We had a masquerade dance you missed last weekend. It was pretty fun… [She glances around and speaks quieter] And…ah, you know that thing I told you about before you left? That I thought was only a one time thing, with that person..?
Yeah, we had more to talk about then I thought, but it all worked out in the end. [frowns a bit at her awkward laugh] Well, that laugh doesn’t convince me that not much happened, Rae. [rolls eyes] Figures I missed a party. [tilts her head slightly, thinking back for a moment] You mean…[looks over at the Ares cabin] It happened again didn’t it.
raemccray:
[Hugs her back, smiling] Did you talk to your dad?
[nods her head, pulling back from the hug] Yeah, I did. Luckily, he wasn’t as angry as I thought he’d be and obviously, [gestures to camp] he’s fine with me being here. So tell me, what wonderful drama have I missed out on this time?
mikey-brooks:
[Mikey’s walking by and typing on his phone when he looks up and sees a familiar blonde. At first, it catches his off guard.] …Hazel? [He takes a few more steps and sees that it is her. He immediately smiles.] Hazel! I’ve missed you! [He comes up and wraps his arm around her.] Sean’s gonna flip when he finds out you’re back.
[looks over at her name, grinning as she saw Mikey] Hey Mikey! [wraps her arm around him as well, grinning up at him] I’ve missed you too, how’s everything been? [laughs] He’ll find out later I’m sure, I’m going to assume he’s done in the forges as always.
raemccray:
[Rae walks out of her cabin, heading to the arena. But she stops in her tracks when she walks by the Athena cabin] …Hazel? [Her face lights up and she runs over] When did you get back? Why didn’t you text me, you jerk!
[Hazel lights up as she sees Rae running over] Hey SunRae! [jumps off the porch, hugging her tightly] Well I missed you too, [laughs] I got back just now. I’m sorry! A lot was going on back home, I didn’t really get time to text anyone.
[drops her small bag on her bed in the Athena cabin before walking out onto the porch and leaning on the railing]
seanflannery:
Well, thank the gods for that!
[laughs, moving to wrap her arms around him] I’m really glad you’re not leaving yet. [leans up to quickly kiss him]

So, errrr, turns out I read the flight itinerary wrong. Like, apparently I’m leavin’ June 4th, not April 6th. Somethin’ about how Americans write their months before the day. Gods, I thought it was just my dyslexia actin’ up, but it’s just some weird American thing.
You’re such an idiot. [grins] Well on the bright side, you won’t have an overly emotional girlfriend on your hands for another two months.

-walking by the Athena cabin heading toward his when he spots Hazel- Hey there!
[looks up from her book] Oh hey there, Alex! [smiles at him, tabbing the page as she stood up and leaned on the railing] How’ve you been, stranger?
[is sitting on the porch of the Athena cabin, reading her tattered copy of 1984]
